SHISHANG empowers window covering manufacturers with a patented smart floating roller shade system — build differentiated finished products using your own fabrics, SHISHANG-approved track systems and your local manufacturing capability.

Eight ways to compose a window.
A dual-output shaft drives the middle tube and the bottom bar independently. That is the whole trick — and it is patented.
What arrives in the kit.
A complete patented core system: motor, self-developed structural parts and 28 base components. You supply the fabric and the local assembly.
Dual-output shaft motor
24 mm tubular, 2 × 0.6 Nm at 40 rpm. One motor, two shafts — the middle tube and the bottom bar move independently.
Central axis pulley system
High-strength nylon POM transmission bead belt, bottom fixed pulley, passive spiral locking device. Top transmission rod links the two axes.
Profiles & hardware
Aluminium motor box, T6 medium roll profile, side track, lower rod, 38 mm plug for the middle scroll, motor and power brackets.
12 V, three options
Adapter DC731E (12 V / 4 A), battery pack DC1277EB (12 V / 5 A) or adapter DC1277EP (12 V / 3 A). Optional solar panel.
433 MHz, 15 channels
Percentage control, multiple stop positions, motor battery check, electronic travel setting, obstacle protection, jog / continuous switch.
Fabric, track, assembly
Use your own fabric and local production. Track must be sourced from a SHISHANG-authorised maker, or produced locally under authorisation.
Five anodised aluminium finishes
Standard finishes are Matte Black, Matte White and Silver Ash. Coffee and Beige are available on request. Swatch chips ship with the sample kit.
Fabric catalogue: 50+ items in 280 / 295 / 300 cm widths, plus 200–250 cm options. Sunshine, semi-blackout and full blackout.
We will never compete with you

Refunded against your first order
Within 90 days of delivery: first order reaching 50 units credits USD 100; reaching 200 units credits one full sample. Freight, duties and customisation fees are not credited. One sample credit per customer.
The questions we always get.
What is the MOQ?
10 units for trial production. Custom SKUs carry their own MOQ. Samples are single units and are not part of a retail policy.
What are the payment terms?
Samples: 100% prepaid, freight at your cost. First trial production: 50% deposit, balance before shipment. Credit terms are only discussed after a stable track record and with credit insurance or bank instruments in place.
Can we use our existing track?
The patented system cannot be assumed to fit arbitrary third-party track. Two compliant routes: purchase from a SHISHANG-authorised track maker, or produce locally under written authorisation with drawings, tolerances, first-article approval and batch traceability. Unauthorised track voids system warranty.
What exactly does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects in the motor, controller and patented structural parts under correct assembly, installation and use. It excludes customer-selected fabric, unauthorised track, measuring or assembly errors, overload, misuse and normal wear. Fulfilment is diagnosis plus repair or replacement parts — not automatic whole-unit replacement.
Can we get exclusivity?
Not at the start. The first two paid orders are non-exclusive. After two clean paid orders you may apply for exclusivity scoped to a defined region × channel, tied to an annual minimum of roughly 3,000–5,000 units, reviewed quarterly, with a first term of no more than 12 months. Exclusivity is earned by volume — not granted for a forecast.
How long are quotations valid?
USD quotations are valid for 30 days. Significant FX movement may trigger re-quotation. Every quotation states EXW, FOB, CIF or another agreed Incoterm, and freight at buyer's cost means international transport, insurance, customs clearance, duties and destination taxes are yours.
