You must receive a authorisation number by emailing info@vaytro.com before a return or exchange can be initiated.

Our policy lasts 30 days after arrival. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase and you have not contacted us within this time to request a return or notify us with an issue with your item, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are to drop them and they break, we cannot offer you any exchange or refund.

After the order has been shipped it is not possible to cancel the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The process after we have received the return takes approximately 3-5 days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please be aware, in order for a return to be valid, you must email us on info@vaytro.com to start the returns procedure before posting anything out to us. However, if you do not contact us on info@vaytro.com regarding your return, then your return is not valid. All return requests are approved according to the returns policy specified above.

The customer is responsible for the return of the item (with tracking). It is the customer who pays for the shipping to return the item. To receive a full refund, customers must return their order back to us.

Please make sure the return is safely packaged when sending the item back to us.

If the item is faulty or damaged within 30 days and the customer has contacted us about the issue, vaytro will cover all shipping costs for the item to be returned back to the warehouse for a replacement. Otherwise the customer is responsible for returning the item. Please contact us before returning an item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We dont guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Downloadable software products
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error


We accept video or picture evidence of faulty goods for quicker refund or exchanges process.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if the customer notified us that they are defective or damaged within 30 days since delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vaytro.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasnt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
